Q: How do I access the tools?
A: Once you’ve subscribed to HLW Plus, simply sign in and head to the Tools page. Both Recipe Cleaner and Image Outliner live there.

Q: Do I need to install anything?
A: Nope! Both tools run right in your browser. Just log in, paste a recipe link, or upload an image to begin.

🍴 Recipe Cleaner

Q: Why doesn’t every recipe work?
A: Recipe Cleaner pulls from structured data hidden on most recipe blogs. Some sites don’t provide this data, or they block third-party access. If a recipe doesn’t clean properly, you’ll still see the “Visit Original” link.

Q: Can I print recipes?
A: Yes! Every cleaned recipe has a “Print/Save PDF” button for easy kitchen use.

🎨 Image Outliner

Q: What kinds of images work best?
A: Clear, high-contrast photos or illustrations give the best outlines. Family photos, kids’ drawings, and simple designs are perfect.

Q: Can I adjust the outline detail?
A: At launch, Image Outliner uses one clean setting. We’re planning to add a “detail slider” so you can choose between light sketch lines and bold outlines.

Q: What format can I download in?
A: PNG format. This works well for printing or adding into documents.

Q: How much does HLW Plus cost?
A: $4/month or $36/year (two months free). Cancel anytime.

Q: How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
A: Go to the Account page and click Manage Billing. This will take you to our secure billing portal where you can update cards or cancel.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes! If HLW Plus isn’t a blessing to you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
